Meeting Point

 

  • Torre dell’Orologio, entrance from Sala Farnese, second floor of Palazzo D'Accursio, Piazza Maggiore, 6 - 40124

From 7 PM the main entrance door will be closed. Access to the Tower will be through a side door adjacent to the main one (under the portico) where a staff member will be present.

 

 

Hours:

Note: The Tower and the Collections have different opening hours, plan your visit accordingly. You will still have six months to use your ticket.

Torre dell’Orologio

  • Monday to Sunday; three entries per hour (at 00, 20, and 40 minutes past the hour)

 

2024

  • From 01/01 to 09/05: first entry hours 10:00 am, last hours 6:20 pm
  • From 10/05 to 21/09: first entry hours 10:00 am, last hours 8:20 pm
  • From 22/09 to 31/12: first entry at 10:00 am, last at 6:20 pm
  • December 24 and 31: last entry at 4:20 PM
  • Closed on December 25 

 

Collezioni Comunali d’Arte

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 19:00
  • Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 19:00
  • Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 10:00 to 18:30
    (Last entrance 30 minutes before closing time.)
  • Closed on non-public Mondays, 1 May and 25 December

 

 

Cancellation

Cancellation with refund or modification of the reservation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.

 

 

Regulations

 

  • Reservation: reservation is mandatory.
  • Timing: in case of delay, entry to the next available slot will not be permitted, and no refund will be provided. Please arrive 5 minutes before the selected time.
  • Summit Terrace: access to the summit terrace is possible via a narrow staircase after signing a waiver on-site. Access is prohibited for children under 8 years old, even if accompanied by an adult.
  • Audio Guide: To use the audio guide, you will need to use your own smartphone and earphones.
  • Minors: can only access with an accompanying adult.
  • Animals: Access is prohibited for animals of any size.
  • Luggage: Access with large bags and backpacks is prohibited.
  • Shoes: Closed shoes or sandals with a back strap are required. Entering with flip-flops, high heels, or bare feet is prohibited.
  • Collezioni Comunali d’Arte: The Tower and Collections have different opening hours, plan your visit accordingly. You will still have six months to use your ticket.
  • Card Cultura: Card Cultura holders must use their card to access the Collezioni Comunali d’Arte.
