Our renovated restaurant
The restaurant space has bright interiors and it's overlooking the veranda and the outdoor pool. Here, our chef Marcello Baruzzi cooks dishes following the "Fresco, Italiano & Semplice" philosophy, a food concept conceived by the Michelin starred chef Andrea Ribaldone to which all the JSH group structures refer. The dishes prepared by Marcello will make you taste the traditional flavors revisited in an experimental and gourmet way.
Since for JSH food & beverage is important, we're trying to give great importance to the restaurant as a place to meet, share and relax. In order to guarantee customers the best possible experience and maximum comfort, at the end of 2018 we carried some renovation works and today we can enjoy these bright and welcoming spaces.
First the floors were redone (from porcelain stoneware), and in the following months the buffet area was renovated and a coat hanger area was built.
